Palliyadi, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu is the birth place of Marshal Nesamony, the father of Kanyakumari District. Mr.Stalin Felix was born to the Tamil activist, Mr.Mathias and Mrs.Mariammal in Mooriankonam on 16-11-1980.
He had graduated from St. Xavier’s Catholic Engineering College, Chunkankadai, Nagercoil with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and worked at a private software company in Chennai. Further, he had completed his masters in History and Business Administration as well. Due to his love for Tamil, Stalin Felix showed a lot of involvement towards his mother tongue and Tamil organisations even when he was in college.
Being a great thinker and a social activist, Stalin Felix extended his helping hand in fields such as education, medicine and blood donation both directly and also through his friends.
Stalin Felix, a Tamil nationalistic thinker’s deep involvement in the struggles for the freedom of the Eelam and his several articles against the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant are proof that he was a social thinker in any situation.
During disasters such as the Kanyakumari tsunami, Thane, the Chennai floods and Ockhi, he had coordinated with his friends and helped those in need.
Having lived as good human being with humanity, Stalin Felix passed away suddenly due to health problems on 15-02-2019.
Even though he had lived only for a short span of time, as Thiruvalluvar wisely said “what great penance did his father beget him” he lived a great life and with the objective to continue his charity, his father Mr. P. Mathias as a sign of his gratitude towards his son formed an organisation called ‘Kaalaparavai Stalin Felix Mathias Foundation’ and is continuing the social service along with his very own younger brother Mr. Edwin Felix’s complete cooperation.
